HYROX Pro Men's Doubles Event

The challenge

Four members of the TNF team will be pairing up into two teams to complete an official HYROX Pro Men's Doubles event in February 2026! 

Kully and Charlie will be teaming up on the day as doubles partners, as well as Ajay and Hami as the second pairing. So please help us reach our donation target. THANK YOU!

HYROX combines both running and functional workout stations where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated 8 times. The stations include: 1000m Ski Erg, 50m 202kg Sled Push, 50m 153kg Sled Pull, 80m Burpee Broad Jumps, 1000m Row, 200m 64kg Farmers Carry, 100m 30kg Sandbag Lunges, 100 x 9kg Wall Balls.

The cause

All funds received will be used to buy the contents of each memory box. These memory boxes will then be donated to hospitals and hospices on behalf of The Nirbhau Foundation for free. Memory boxes are an important part of a bereaved parents’ journey as they contain meaningful keepsakes and mementos to help families create lasting memories of their lost loved one. 

Each item provides support in their way, which we believe are important to help families remember and honour their child. They also provide a special place for families to store keepsakes in the years to come.

Fun fact

Only one of the four participants (25%) has completed a HYROX event before, the other three participants are completely new to this form of intensity and endurance event, so training has been difficult but it will all be worth it in the end (famous last words), so please donate generously.
