We believe that families suffering the loss of a child should be supported with compassion and care. Our memory boxes are gifted to families free of charge. They are an important part of a bereaved parents’ journey as they contain meaningful items that can be used to capture memories that will last forever.
Each item provides support in their way, which we believe are important to help families remember and honour their child. They also provide a special place for families to store keepsakes in the years to come. Anyone can sponsor a memory box in their child's name to be gifted to a bereaved family. Each sponsored box will include a card with the child's name of your choice on it.
For more information about memory boxes and how you can sponsor one (or more) click the 'Memory Box' tab below which will take you to our dedicated Donate page.
We believe that all parents should have access to high quality support, following the death of their baby. This is vital in making the first tentative steps towards rediscovering hope. We are currently in the process of providing a free initial session (up to a maximum of 2 hours) for bereaved parents to explore their views and goals for therapy.
This session can be requested via our Contact Us form - (just be sure to use the wording "Therapy" in the Subject header before sending us a message). Once we acknowledge your message via email, we will then send you a questionnaire to complete where a series of questions will need to be answered in order to ensure the correct support can be provided.
These sessions can be held simultaneously with both parents or separately. Therapists provide a safe place to guide parents through grief and trauma of their devastating experience to a place of reconciliation and hope for the future. Goals are set together to allow the sessions to be as useful as possible.
Future sessions can be discussed directly with therapists in the post session meetings.

The government now provides a certificate for baby loss under 24 weeks.
Parents who have experienced the devastation of losing a baby before 24 weeks of pregnancy can apply for a certificate to have their grief recognised. It’s free to get a certificate. The certificate is not a legal document - for example, you cannot use it to claim benefits. The certificate will not be added to your GP record. Your certificate should arrive in the post within 14 days.
The government is committed to ensuring bereaved parents feel supported through their grief and recognise their loss, acknowledging their pain and ensuring they feel heard. The certificates will not be compulsory - it remains the choice of all parents to manage the difficult time of a loss, however they see fit. If you would like more information please visit the gov.uk 'request a baby loss certificate' link here.
