The terms and conditions stated on this page constitute as the ‘agreement’ for our website between The Nirbhau Foundation and yourself. We will not be responsible for failure to comply with our obligations under these terms and conditions providing the cause was beyond our reasonable control.

Making a complaint

In any circumstances we will endeavour to manage your complaint and find a resolution which benefits all parties involved, but for whatever reason, if we cannot do this and if you are unhappy with the outcome or if we were unable to resolve your complaint you have the right to refer the complaint to the Charity Commission (England and Wales).
